Nutrition Tracker Template Instructions
After downloading the Nutrition Tracker and clicking on the file, you will be able to start organizing your personal information and become more health conscious in the process.
The first tab is formatted as a simple list, which allows you to change or edit the exampled information to your very own nutrition log. All your entered information will be illustrated in the graph at the top right corner of the page. This graph conveniently tracks your caloric intake over the next few months and allows you to stay on the path to your ideal number of daily calories.
The “Weight” tab calculates your average calories consumed and helps you adjust your diet to meet your goals. An overview of each day is listed on the left-hand side of the page, so you can see where you deviated from the target number of calories. This tracker just makes dieting simple and fun!
When you have all the information entered, click the “File” tab in the top left corner, and select the “Print” option, to have the file sent to your printer. You can also choose the “Save As” option to store the document on your computer, and keep everything digital.
