Weightlifting Tracker Instructions

After downloading the Weightlifting Tracker and clicking on the file, you will be able to start organizing your goals and achievements.

The “Questions” tab is an easy way to format the entire document. Here, you enter the weight system, different exercises, and the amount of repetitions for each exercise: it will change throughout the entire document.

The second tab is an example of what your daily schedule will look like. You can easily print off the information and head to the gym if you’re in a rush. It lists the exercises you should focus on and the amount you can currently lift. The weightlifting tracker makes attaining your goals easy and quick!

The “Stats” tab will keep track of all this information and display it in a graph, so you can better visualize how close you are to meeting your goals. The “Save Log” tab is the final sheet and is a simple overview of your current weightlifting skills. You can use this log to better gauge techniques on how to improve for certain exercises.

When everything has been entered just click the “File” tab in the top left corner, and choose “Print” to have the tracker sent to your printer. You can also choose the “Save As” option to store the tracker for any later edits.
