How to Use the Employee Orientation Checklist
The first thing that you need to do to get started is download the free file below! With that you have all the necessary tools to orchestrate an effective orientation for all those bright-eyed employees.
The next step is to fill out the information illustrated by the document. In the top section of the template you can fill out the department and position the employee will be working in as well as their start date.
You can edit any of the information in the main table marked “Items”. Simply click on the cell with the information you want to edit and begin typing in your own topics. This template provides some useful examples to get you started.

When you’re satisfied with your new checklist simply click on the “File” tab in the top left corner of your screen and select “Print”.
