Using the Baseball Lineup Sheets Template
The baseball lineup sheets template is designed for 13 players. It’s important to note that you will have to change the average formula in the template if you need more or fewer players. The process of adding or subtracting players is simple. Just add or remove rows of cells and add or change the appropriate formulas.
For each player you will total their number of singles, doubles, triples, home runs, overall hits and at-bats. Once the information has been plugged in, input the number of plate appearances each individual player has. The information will then be processed and the template will automatically calculate the batter’s average, on-base percentage, total bases and slugging percentage. The numbers will also be calculated on both an individual and team basis.
There are also columns available in the baseball lineup sheets template to keep track of the following stats:
- Runs Batted In (RBI)
- Runs Scored
- Strikeouts (SO)
- Walks/Base on Balls (BB)
- Hit by Pitch/Hit Batsmen (HBP)
- Reached on an Error (ROE)
- Stolen Bases (SB)
- Total Number of Games Played (GP)
- Total Number of Games Missed (Games Missed)
The above mentioned stats and numbers will need to be manually input. The template will keep a running total of the numbers for each individual player, but these stats will not be automatically calculated. However, the team totals for these stats will be calculated.
