How to Use the Comprehensive Timeline Template
To download the Comprehensive Timeline to your computer, you can easily click the link provided at the bottom of the page.
Now you are free to start editing the document to fit your unique needs. The first thing you will notice is the large chart at the top of the timeline and a list of items at the bottom of the page.
Start by entering the date in the center of the document. Next, you will begin entering the tasks for your items in the large table at the bottom of the page. You’ll see that once an item is entered into the table, it will appear in the chart above.
You can even use this document to chart certain milestones beforehand as well. For example, if your goal is to raise money for a trip, you can enter dollar amounts leading to the amount you need along with fundraisers and anything else you need.
When you complete a task you will enter the end date in column “E” and you can also leave yourself any helpful notes that you need in the final column of the data table below.
