- The Long-Term Liabilities lists Bank Loans Payable, Less: Short-Term Portion, Notes Payable to Stockholders, Other long-term debts. Then, you will have a total of all the liabilities.

- The total assets sections can be changed or edited to what you need for your opening day.
- The total liabilities sections can also be changed to fit your needs.
- The top of the spreadsheet will give you the total amount combined for each section.
