Using the Password List Sheet
Begin your journey to password sanctuary by going to the “List” tab at the bottom of your screen. This is the tab where you can actually enter your categories that will be used throughout the rest for the document through drop-down menus.
For example, let’s say you want to add your Facebook account to the template. You would add a “Social” section to indicate that’s the type of password you’ll be adding.
The next step is to head to the “Account Data” tab. On this page, you can easily enter the bulk of your information. Simply write a new piece of password information under the header that indicates what you need. Going through the first example, this person wants to list their yahoo email account. In this instance, the website, category, username, password, and any security question information is entered into the document accordingly.
When everything has been completed you can view all the relevant information on the “Summary” tab, which is easy to read and condensed version of the “Account Data” tab.
You can even print the document is you want a portable version of your new password document. To print the template just click the “File” tab at the top of your screen then select “Print” from the list of options that appears below.
