You need to keep stock of all the media outlets your organization uses to get the word out efficiently. However, that could mean a lot of different venues for your company to go through. How do you keep track of them all? The Multi-Level Media Forecast Workbook is a simple template designed to make organizing all of these media outlets easy and efficient.

Start by downloading the free file located at the bottom. Once you have the file open you’ll be able to change or edit any information to suit your company and the types of media you use.
All the information you need to track is located on one convenient page. The first thing you need to do is go through and change any titled columns to media outlets your company uses. This template provides a select list of examples to get you started.
Once the columns have been properly formatted to fit your organization you’ll be ready to enter in the budget you spend each month on that specific outlet. Simply enter your projected budget and the amount you actually spend at the end of each month into the corresponding cells.
When you have finished entering in all the budget information the template will calculate the totals for both the projected and actual cost on the far-right side of the document. When you have filled out the budget for the entire year the document will also list a helpful yearly total at the bottom.
Now you can print the Multi-Level Media document by clicking the “File” tab in the top-left corner and selecting “Print”. You are then free to sign and date the document for your files.
