The free Weekly Self Care Checklist is the perfect way for you to create a list of things your body needs to stay in tip-top shape. Just think of the free template document as a simple schedule that you can customize to fit your specific needs. Whether you need to take medication for your illness or you simply want to take a supplement to improve your general health in some small way, this template has everything you need to do it effectively. You will be given a simple Excel sheet that comes with a few example items and a list of the days of the week. Once you have your template, it’s up to you to fill in the information.

How to Use the Weekly Self Care Checklist

To download the free Weekly Self Care Checklist document, you can follow the link at the bottom of your screen in order to get started.

Once you have your document open in front of you, you can see a list of examples to the far left of your screen. You can start by editing, changing, or deleting these items in place of you own.

To replace an item, simply click inside the cell and enter whatever you need. Maybe you take some heart medication at certain times in the day.

You would just enter “Heart Medication” in the first column and enter the times of the day you take that medication under the corresponding days of the week.

We highly recommend that if you take different medications or supplements at specific times of the day, you should order them in the template by that pattern.

For example, if you take your heart medication right before bed, you would simply enter that item last on your list, along with the times in the same row.
