Into every life, some rain must fall. In similar fashion, so also must a few address changes. Sometimes those address changes are by choice. Other times they are by necessity. When those address changes fall into one’s life for whatever the reason, making sure that everyone who needs to know does know can be a challenge. The use of new address cards can help make the notification process easier.

How to Use the New Address Cards Template

• First, make sure you have the new address and other contact information correct and available before you. Likewise, check you know when that new address will be in effect.
• Second, enter your new address into the new address cards template. Remember to also include new phone numbers and date of effectiveness. This template generates four cards per sheet. Save as you fill in each of the cards.
• Third, count how many people you need to send the address cards to. Divide this number by four. Round the result up by one to determine the number of sheets to printed. Print the cards off and send them.

• First, it should be noted that this template is helpful for dispersing your information. Be sure to add your contacts’ information before adding the stamp. This addition can be done either through another template or by hand.
• Second, double check your contact list to check that you covered everyone who needs to know about your new address. This list should also include businesses with which you deal with on a regular basis.
• Third, these address cards were designed for use to notify persons and business of personal moves. However, they can also be readily used to notify customers of business moves as well.
