The next step is to find the age of your baby in this list. Each table is broken into different age brackets. You will simply find the table that matches the age of your baby.

It goes without saying that your baby can also eat foods that are below their age. For example, a 7-month old can have the foods from the 4-6 month table as well.

On your next grocery store trip, buy a few of these items and start introducing them gradually to your child. They need to get used to all the new textures. You should also cut them into small pieces to avoid a choking hazard.
