How to Use the Charity Club Budget
1. Enter the revenue amount from different sources under yearly revenue
There are two boxes at the bottom of this template, one is revenue and the other is expenses. Start by entering your different means of revenue. There are a few examples to get you started but you need to replace all the examples given to use this document for own purposes.
2. Enter the expenses amount for different items under yearly expenses.
Now, you will go over to the expenses table and do the exact same thing as you did with the revenue table.
3. The bar on top will show how much amount is still needed to raise a surplus amount received.
The template is designed to keep track of all this data and provide you with a grand total at the very top of the page.
You can see from the example we’ve given you that you can end up with a negative total and that does happen more than you think with charity events. That’s why it’s important to create and stick with your budget.
