Probably it was because your biorythm is in the lowest cycle. Some doctor or psychic believe that there is a biorythm cycle that affect human performance, where it started from your birth date. Based on their statistic, physical cycle will cycle every 23 days, emotional cycle will cycle every 28 days and intellectual cycle will cycle every 33 days. And this is a simple excel template that you can use, just in case you want to check whether the biorythm cycle is the same with your performance cycle.
